AE Commencement Celebration
Saturday, May 11 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
On the Monumental Study Steps in the Campus Instructional Facility
Register to attend this open-house style event. Remarks by Department Head Jonathan Freund will be made at 1:00pm. Refreshment will be served following.
A photographer will be on hand during the celebration. AE students may sign up for a mini-session with the photographer to capture the moment in your cap and gown. A signup link for photo sessions is found on the registration page. Mini-sessions are available on a first-come basis.
All attendees, including graduating students, must register by April 30. Please send an email with questions or to request accessibility accommodations for this event.

Tips for Photos with Alma
- Order your regalia early so you can get photos prior to commencement weekend.
- Try early morning or 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Check the Alma Cam just before you head over.
Get your aeroface in the 2024 Virtual Yearbook
The 2024 Virtual Yearbook includes graduates from August 2023, December 2023, and May 2024. Send an email with your full name as you would like it to appear and a head and shoulders photo.
