Rankings are based on instructor and course evaluation system (ICES) questionnaire forms maintained by Measurement and Evaluation in the Center for Teaching Excellence. In order to be included on the list, instructors must be rated among the top 30 percent across campus in their respective Elective-Mixed-Required course group. Additional information about ICES and previous lists of instructors ranked as excellent by their students can be found at here.
